The Matrix-Q Research Institute Human Phenomena studies, innovation, applications and following research projects on human genome.

The presentation introduces the Matrix-Q Human Algorithm Project, which aims to translate the human phenomena into Matrix-Q Algorithms, to be utilized for human enhancement.

The Matrix-Q Human Algorithm Project

We start with the idea that from DNA perspective, life path or history, culture and learning process, every individual is a unique expression of the human species.

Once we have identified a set of wished challenges, as for the priority goals we have, as individuals, family, community, city, nation or organization, we do the best possible in ourselves to solve those challenges.

Maybe in the field of medicine, education, technology, sustainability, economy, quality of living, family. Challenges are faced and solved daily.



But is it there the right individual assigned for every task and challenge ?

Each individual develops along a history of learning events set of skills, strengths and discover as well challenges and weaknesses in own development.

Once we have identified the skills that are ready for being utilized, as for effective solution making/challenge solving, or effective tasks completion, then we can as well make a decision on the individual, the role and responsibilities that can be assigned.


Within the context of the modern culture global challenges as for SDG2030, extended as well to the most advanced countries; the researcher has suggested the use of a Matrix-Q Tool [Time Line: Human Species Evolution]

The time line utilizes Matrix-Q Cyphers which represents sets or classes of skills, ability to utilize tools for solving specific types of challenges and the knowledge necessary.

The researcher suggests, according to previous studies, application of Matrix-Q Assessment Tools, that the skills, tools and knowledge related to information, technology, data, process management, emotions and emotional intelligence is the next milestone of human species evolution.


The mindset individuals, collective, apply for solution making is according to the researcher essential for the outcome of a collaboration process.

In that sense, a set of 9+ Stages of human development have been suggested, and 9+ approached for collaboration and engagement for he well being of others, which add to the human emotional intelligence skills and capacity of integrating the understanding of emotions into the use of decision making, holistic systemic strategic management, data generation and validation,research, education, innovation, health, prevention, technology and A.I. for example.


Through a systemic and holistic approach to human skills, emotional intelligence skills, the researcher suggests the implementation of experiential training programs combined with information, e-learning, and challenges that serve for the application of the acquired knowledge, skills and tools. By utilizing Matrix-Q Assessment Tools we generate a unique signature or “DNA” for individuals, teams and their organizations.

Our assessment of the human capital, serve us for the purpose of quantification of value, regarding the capacity and potential carried by the individuals, their capacity to learn, and their potential.

The Matrix-Q Profile, utilizes unique identification code, a series of cyphers, that represents the actual and potential capacity of the individual and the ideal learning process for its enhancement. This unique identification code is the Matrix-Q ID or DNA.

The Matrix-Q Tools are helpful to understand human phenomena and to describe processes of learning, change,  or evolution of it.

As for the Matrix-Q DNA is is a series of cyphers, result of application of Matrix-Q Assessment Tools. For the generation of this code the Matrix-Q Score Card, a matrix of Score lines or scoring tables, will be utilized.
