The researcher will introduce emotional intelligence and approach it from the perspective of Matrix-Q Knowledge, Tools & Skills.

The presentation is suggested in particular for Matrix-Q Education studies, skills gap, in field emotional intelligence.

Applications of the study on emotional intelligence and related skills will be introduced and discussed as well as how emotions play a key role for the use of Matrix-Q Tools and Methods.

The researcher will briefly introduce few Matrix-Q Methods, training programs and projects for which Matrix-Q Emotional Intelligence knowledge is being utilized, including A.I., Data generation, Education (skills gap), leadership, effectiveness and SDG.

A brief reference to the need of symbolic language for the study of emotions and the choice of the researcher to utilize a language that refers to nature principles, laws, cycles and rhythms and human factor (human potential) as legacy and development of the language utilized by nature inspired ancient cultures and civilizations and their thinking tools or methods of processing data.

The researcher will as well review the systemic problem experienced in the field skills gap on emotional intelligence and the traditional non effective approach for its solution through frontal education.

Alternatives will be suggested.

As well sets of archetypes, score card indicators, and matrix for the study of emotions from nonary thinking approach, will be shared, in particular: the Matrix-Q 9+ types of love, Matrix-Q 9+ stages of love, Matrix-Q 9+ stages of development, Matrix-Q 9 genders skills, Matrix-Q family-life-work-balance  and Matrix-Q sexuality & parenting.

The researcher will invite the attendees to join and explore Matrix-Q Intelligence on F2F face to face training programs, Matrix-Q education applied (gamified experiential learning by doing), where all methods for Matrix-Q Intelligence training will be utilized, and their benefits, in particular for leadership effectiveness enhancement, burnout prevention, parenting & family,  and family-life-work balance.



There are indeed so many publications on emotional intelligence, since 1964 Michel Beldoch study, and recently Daniel Goleman popular publications since 1995 on the topic.

Despite the strong criticism the scientific community responded to the idea of emotional intelligence, from several reasons including measurements, mechanical verification of the theory, assumptions and concept regarding intelligence, and others, it has become popular, and eventually accepted or maybe hidden (in order to avoid a conflicted zone in science and business) under key words like: intuition, empathy, communication, non violence or happiness, and others.

But how is being utilized ?

To read a book on emotional intelligence is not exactly helping you enhance it or know it in own self. While this may be the first step, information on emotional intelligence through media, and case study or book reading; but then which should be the next step ?

Tests running in corporate in human capital and the individual ability to manage their emotions, or coaching for CxO with emotional burst, burnout or family crisis; or maybe leisure trainings and activities that help employees “go out of the business” for a while, or a sort of score card utilized by human capital recruiters.

Gamification is taking a key role for these matters, like for example how to learn skills by playing or learn information by playing, as children do, and the importance of the emotions involve as for the enhancement of retention process (memory) and integration to practical skills.

Leaders receive other kind of trainings, like CxOs for example, starting at “the art of war” by Sun Zu, or “Bushido” for business, or any sort of body-mind-spirit-emotion training like non violence, martial arts, and my favorite ones sword and archery. But as well communication, language and emotional self-expression.

A great menu of alternatives offered in the leisure trainings market for everyone that wishes to advance their emotional intelligence by having fun, and doing this and that, from yoga, to meditation, to arts and so on.

Effectiveness enhancement is the wish and need we all have, for own career, promotion, reliability, in colleagues at work, and as well between business partners and for community leaders.

For example i can envision that the emerging SDG movement, with its global and local actions for sustainable development, intent in the core of their hearts and mission statement to achieve their goals for 2030. Effectiveness play here a key role as well.

What could i share today in this presentation that could be new for you and helpful for becoming more effective in any thing you do thanks to the enhancement of your ability to manage your emotions?



Matrix-Q Thinking utilizes cyphers, symbols, in order to describe through encoded language 9+ classes or natural, artificial and human phenomena.

Once the object of study or research has been translated into cyphers [Matrix-Q Translator] and studies through a novel Mathematics system [Matrix-Q PTT Mathematics] a solution will be designed in the form of an algorithm, a sequence of steps necessary for solving an issue. The Matrix-Q Algorithms have a unique quality of applying Matrix-Q Thinking.

Matrix-Q Thinking practice integrates systemic, holistic, synergetic, nature inspired, matrix, sustainable, holistic, quantum, holographic… thinking, by applying Matrix-Q Intelligence, which is the sign of the ability to solve challenges by approaching them from several perspectives simultaneously.

In order to approach phenomena, Matrix-Q Thinking is practices by utilizing Matrix-Q Assessment and translations tools (several available, produced by the Matrix-Q Research Institute for scientific research, education, human capital, ..) Once the object of study has been assessed, translated into cyphers, the next step would be to apply Matrix-Q Thinking for the design of an algorithm.

Matrix-Q Emotional Intelligence

Our object of study in this case will be emotional intelligence, we will focus briefly in some aspects of it, as this presentation is not a training on emotional intelligence nor a working group, we would like to introduce you only on how Matrix-Q Thinking can help us structure “emotional intelligence” and all sort of emotion-related challenges and skills with a simple tool we would like to label as Matrix-Q Emotional Intelligence: “The ability to utilize emotions for the purpose of enhancing systemic effectiveness”. From individual to collective, organizational and cultural, city, regional and global effectiveness.

For Matrix-Q Effectiveness needs to be verified in the 9+ fields of activities or skills, for example, when the 9 cyphers are utilized to describe the Matrix-Q Time Line of Human Evolution, and the researcher suggest the challenge to be addressed as for its importance as change maker would be that one of emotions.

[Today] Current Challenge & Needs as Human Species: To integrate & understand the value and use of human emotions (intelligence), in information,  communication and collaboration process, data and ICT, A.I.: “Technology & Humanity can rise together in harmony with each other ”

We need this BRIDGE for ensuring the survival of the human species and in order to advance global sustainable development of an emerging global culture and civilization.


The researcher has described in a previous presentation on the Matrix-Q Human Types, and Matrix-Q Human Stages of Development, and the Matrix-Q MindSet for Solution Making of the 9+ Matrix-Q Archetypes.

For those the ability to manage own emotions, perceptions, and understand and apply the knowledge of hormonal balance and hormonal shifts cycle, as well as of nature cycles, rhythms, principles and laws, is essential for an advanced and effective leadership.

In the following chart for example, the hormonal shifts cycle has been correlated to the seasons change, tree growth, business process, water cycles, matter states, and 9 cyphers; within the context of gender skills and co-creativity. In order to be able to utilize this chart the user needs of the ability to manage and know, capable to observe and develop the ability to utilize own emotions.


But what takes place when the perception of the individual condition its behavior as for the emotions it triggers ?

It is essential for Matrix-Q Thinking praxis to realize the importance of emotional self-management for a more accurate and effective thinking, strategy design and decision making.

In previous presentations on Matrix-Q Thinking the allegory of the cave have been mentioned, but as well lineal, parallel, matrix and other forms of thinking; suggesting that an advanced intelligence which is capable of utilizing emotions is necessary. (Why Matrix-Q Thinking is not the same as lateral thinking nor the allegory of the cave, but includes both and more?)


Thinking is important part of daily life, in all disciplines, family and community, as well for the development of technology and processing of information.

Thinking should be utilized as a condition before acting. First we think then we act.

But then, if we would be able to include: feeling, emotions, as enhancement for our thinking, would that help us be more effective ? if yes, how ?

Common understanding of the value  of emotions is legacy of the middle age and later elaboration on the idea that  emotions were are expression of the devil or signs of possession or wilderness attribute of a non rational instinct or distractions of the mind, poison or expressions of not educated individuals non-capable of self-control (emotions repression) and “thinking with the head”.

With this background perception of the value of emotions in the collective western education and history, what needs to be done for modern culture generations to perceive them as useful and valuable ?

Feeling, emotion and sensation, all of them interrelated; what would be necessary to do in order to make of them an enhancer of our effectiveness?  First to understand the role they do play, then known them by what they are, to finally educate them, making out of strange stones gems and diamonds. 


For example, when approaching a particular problem, the data and information available is taken for complete, but in 10 years a new scientific discovery or model of thinking help us realize our data was not complete, then our previous conclusions will need to be reviewed, as may be eventually wrong. In a modern time in which new data, knowledge and information is produced in such of a high speed, it is now possible that the knowledge we had yesterday today will be outdated.

How to make choices and decisions in that circumstance then ?

In the example above we are referring to a shadow, we took for real, or in other words we did assume was the object of study while it was not yet it. Un-complete data or data validated through not valid knowledge or even worse data validated through perceptions that are not correct or which include conclusive information distorted by emotionality, blind belief or fear.

This type of situation can nowadays take place more frequently than what we think or prefer.

Matrix-Q Thinking will offer a tool and knowledge, skills that would solve the challenge, and make out of an non stable field of progress and knowledge, a field of opportunities.


In how many ways data records can hold fields that are mostly influenced by perception, emotion, fear or ignorance.

Once data has been validated, we can assume it can be utilized. But if the data validation tool is also the result of a model for analysis that follows a misperception of the object of study, there is no way out, or possibility to realize which data is valid or not or to ensure information users they receive the service they asked for.

Information, result of data processing, utilized for decision making, strategy design and leadership will be taken for correct and useful but it may not be.

New methods for data validation need to be implemented, and tools for control or verification of the effectiveness of models and strategies applied. As in our times data mining and A.I. effectiveness and value depend so much on data validation, correctness.


For matrix-Q Thinking emotion is taking as a fuel, resource or force which if educated correctly will enhance or advance performance, magnitude and level of impact and reach.

How well educated our emotions are, or in other words how well educated we are in terms of knowing, observing and managing our emotions within a variety of settings, then more skillful we will become every time a circumstance trigger in us an emotional response, to the point of overcoming the fear to emotions (considered as destabilizers) and arrived to the perception and knowledge of emotions as enhancers.

Matrix-Q Methods for training on emotions, listed below some of them, are precise in the sense of helping users learn on the nature and function of the emotions, feelings, sensations they experience within particular settings in their life (family, business, community, gender, creativity, communication, strategy, leadership, decision making, policy, information and others). As well through Face2Face trainings supported by digital tools, self-tests, e-publications, apps and a series of cloud services being now developed (By the Matrix-Q Research Institute, and provided by MQ9 [Matrix-Quotient 9] Solutions

But still there is a condition necessary for any one wishing for improving effectiveness by acquiring of Matrix-Q knowledge, tools and skills:

CONDITION: Perception, awareness and understanding capacity:

  • “There is a challenge (effectiveness vs emotions), there is an understandable cause of the challenge, a feasible solution is needed and wished, there is a process necessary to solve the challenge and the willingness and resources to solve it”
  • “Exist a circumstance (setting in which we need to be more effective) : Unless the challenge is solved the goal cant be achieved effectively”

All above described seems to be reasonable and probable for some not new information, but then what is the problem ? Why the knowledge of emotional intelligence have not been yet integrated systemically to SDG, Leadership, Management ?

Why we still do not overcome the unbalance created by emotions, and the limitations created by the lack of knowledge  about them and capacity to manage them, so they would help us advance our effectiveness instead of become detrimental of the achievement of any goal ?

Normally this is the point in which i will share about the importance of gamified experiential learning, and that there is no better process to learn about emotional intelligence than to utilize emotional intelligence for solving challenges.

While in some cases, if i realize my listener is not capable of realizing the need of another approach i would stay silent and celebrate his/her efforts and choices.


There is something about F2F trainings that still can not be replaced by digital and gamified realities, including the future of VR in more advanced and sofisticated versions of it.

Learning by doing, by creating, by playing, by interacting is still one of the most empowering learning processes that can be facilitated to human beings as for the holistic experience that can be provided.

At the moment the researcher is developing an innovative e-learning tool which will intent to provide an advanced possibility for e-learning, through digital platform and tasks for students that will help them achieve milestones in their development.

The first series of e-learning programs will focus on Matrix-Q Thinking topics of study including emotions.

The researcher has provided training in these matters since 1993, in a more complex format since 1997, while his first experiences as trainer of skills were already in 1987. Today the researcher provides F2F training in the city of Rhenen and in Utrecht, in the Netherlands, mostly outdoors.

How the researcher provides emotional self-awareness and self-management trainings through Matrix-Q Methods ?

When for example my students join a training session on Prime Do [Matrix-Q Martial Arts] the challenges they receive confront them with the experience of emotional triggers, a variety of emotions and spontaneous responses to the challenges, that the training itself becomes a training on emotional intelligence.

Or when my students joined a training session on Matrix-Q Performing Arts, and explore on sound, form, metaphors, communication, non verbal language, the co-creation process brings them along a journey of emotions and force generated by them, so that they realize how each emotion serves their creativity.

But from all the Matrix-Q Arts, probably those i enjoy more to bring by, as a challenge to my students, is that of the Matrix-Q 9 Genders Skills, for which emotions will be studied through the experience of applying skills that belong apparently to male and female by to Matrix-Q Know How describes as 9 genders archetypes.

The 9 Primordial Principles of Health Happiness and Joy, as a 9 steps program, provides a process in which students will enjoy from all kind of Matrix-Q preventive health practices, like Matrix-Q Stress management, Matrix-Q brain GYM, Matrix-Q ecstatic running, Matrix-Q fitness, Matrix-Q Co-creativity, Matrix-Q primordial breathing, Matrix-Q Meditation, Matrix-Q Yoga, helping attendees to become more effective leaders, employees or entrepreneurs, but as well parents and love partners by becoming sensitive to the needs of Family-Life-Work Balance, and capable of preventing burnout, for example.


In 2017 the researcher published a new series on Matrix-Q Martial arts, describing how Matrix-Q Algorithms can be translated into movements, katas (martial arts series of movements), strategies, but as well into music, performing arts, and even theater improvisation and story telling; as well described and listed the Matrix-Q Primordial Arts, which also include other forms of activities which involve emotions as for communication and collaboration in business, time management, process management, gender skills; as well as in family, like parenting, conscious sexuality, or in community: like collective decision making and cultural-emotions.

For example the geometric values utilized for Matrix-Q Martial Arts created with the body, will ask from the students a great deal of body, emotion and mind self-awareness and coordination, precision in concentration, focus and will as well as effective performance, for long periods of continuous attention.

While the image above describes only on of those positions, the sequence of movements will create a dance or a music melody (for Matrix-Q performing arts) or a warrior training (with or without weapons) for Matrix-Q Martial Arts, or a theater play (for Matrix-Q Theater).

For example, the following is the description of a Matrix-Q Martial Arts Kata or dance with sword, practiced with the researcher in the forest of Rhenen, in the Netherlands.

The sequence of cyphers described below belongs to the translation of Fibonacci sequence of numbers into Matrix-Q Cyphers.

Each cypher has a correlated tone or frequency which is played for the Prime-Do Kata of Fibonacci, with sword, or long sick or open hands.

The movements are precise, as described in previous presentation, each movement belongs to qualities, skills and EMOTIONS associated to each cypher.

For which the following melody will be utilized.

Similar integration of Matrix-Q Algorithms and Matrix-Q Cyphers with all the Matrix-Q Arts will be done, in order to bring together: body, mind, emotions, spirit, knowledge, skills and tools, which all together will serve for purpose of enhancing effectiveness in any kind of human related activity.

As for an application of Matrix-Q Arts is the project of Prime Pax, in which Matrix-Q Performing Arts are utilized for social communication and education in field SDG. [Prime Pax]

In field research and development, Matrix-Q Emotional intelligence is being integrated to a study on patterns and movement, in conscious dance, Matrix-Q Performing arts dance improv, which will be utilized for Machine Learning and A.I.

THE 9 TYPES OF LOVE [ An approach to emotional intelligence by Matrix-Q Thinking]

Humanity social and community bonding oriented in its most instinctive nature seems to arrive as a species, through a modern global culture agreement, that “love” defines its most essential policy for living.

Love nurtures everything, relationship, family, culture, nation, business, ideas, projects, teams… what we love and what are we able to do and give for what we love, some how also defines us. But which types of love there are?

As a teenager i did read few inspiring self-help books related to love and emotions and the variety of alternatives there are, how for example the love we have for parents is different to that one we do have for children or love partners, for brothers and sisters or best friends. In which sense different ? different in the sense that is expressed through a different form, process, boding process, duties, expectations or not, responsibilities, skills, traits and values, cultural expressions of love, but in essence, we would like to tell that love is always love.

The word love nowadays can take almost everything, from non dual love to intellectual love, sexual love and all forms of love there are and could be. We can even claim are able to love science and technology.

But what do we really mean with love ? what bring us together and how that field created through conscious, subconscious, objective or subjective relationship, interaction, becomes a bond, strong and stable enough to sustain a process of collaboration, cocreation of a sustainable love based relationship and all cocreative outcomes that belong to the individuals engaging in it.

For example, creative friends, based on what they have learned, and appreciation they have for each other creative skills and knowledge, love developed between each other, combined with an strategic positive and inspiring circumstance, may engage into an entrepreneurial project. If the love bond they have for each other is stronger than the challenges faced as entrepreneurs is a question, that only experiences and time will answer. Will the survival instinct force the individuals involve in collaboration to advance their own resilience ability, to share a common vision, to engage into one mission statement and endure the process necessary for success, effectiveness, or not? is it a question about love or interests and convenience ?

In this article, presentation i would like to suggest some ideas, perceptions of love and a frame for practice and development of emotional intelligence, that has its foundation in Matrix-Q know how. How is love perceived through Matrix-Q tools.


In the following chart, the 9 cyphers of the Matrix-Q systemic tool for assessment suggest keywords to be studied for purpose of leadership and entrepreneurship, focus on holistic strategic management. If we add to them emotions, and in particular love, what would be the result ?

In the” Thesseract Theta” (The geometric structure presented below), which is another perspective of the 3 triads, normally presented or studied through the “Nordic Star Theta or 9-Gon”; a new perception of the relationship between the fields of the cyphers is observed. Notice that the relationship between the cyphers have been studied through the geometric values the 9-Gon in all its geometric descriptions offer. The Tesseract Theta and the Nordic Star Theta both of them are such of geometric structures that ancient cultures and civilizations used, persian, nordic, slavic, indian, and hold a unique set of geometrical values and correlations between the cyphers and nature lws principles, cycles and rhythms, as for example Fibonacci proportions, menstrual and ovulation cycle, seasons cycle, water states of matter, and others  [Matrix-Q PTT Mathematics ]

The vertical alignment between cyphers 3, 6 and 9 suggest us a starting point for the study of emotional intelligence, according to Matrix-Q know how.

The 9 types of love, will suggest us not only 9 fields through which love can be expressed, but as well a systemic approach for love applied to tangible life needs, a pragmatic love based system.

In other words, as well, a set of 9 classes of emotions, associated to the 9 respective cyphers is through this geometrical structure suggested,


Once phenomena has been organized in 9 classes, the associated and correlated sets of emotions, images, feelings, sensations, fields of activities, experience and knowledge will be integrated to the experience of love, and as a result a story of love, skills for love, will be seen, through the lenses of each cypher.

The following 9 types of love are the result of applying Matrix-Q Thinking,  Matrix-Q Assessment and Matrix-Q Translation tools to emotional intelligence, and the Matrix-Q time line of human species evolution tool, the Matrix-Q human stages of development, producing specific information on how love can or could be experienced as a Matrix-Q Cypher Skill.

In addition to this chart of 9 types of love, we will add a new tool that was not shared in the previous article, on the Matrix-Q 9+ Stages of Love, which in terms of Matrix-Q Thinking, Matrix-Q MindSets (9+ Human Stages of Development) & Matrix-Q Emotional Intelligence,  will bring a complete new insight into what emotions are or could become, if well managed.


Once we are talking about emotions and love, it seems very difficult to engage into a discourse grounded and tangible enough for decision making.

In order to talk about emotions, we need to utilize the language of images, art, sound, colour, metaphors, that represent what we feel or sense according to what we identify as emotion and the experience it creates in us.

As for the study of language at the Matrix-Q Research Institute,  the study of culture, perception, emotions and costumes, how influence behavior and decision making guidelines or judgement of value in a community had to be reviewed.

In previous presentations the researcher describes how the thinking tools  utilized by ancient cultures and civilizations helped them process data, and create information useful for decision making; their thinking tools were designed based on nature principles, their understanding on laws, cycles, rhythms, principles and the human factor.

The symbolic language utilized to communicate the information generated by those tools utilized as well images that represent knowledge, skills, mindsets, associated to nature principles, their understanding on laws, cycles, rhythms, principles and the human factor.

The knowledge of the human factor was developed by ancient cultures and civilizations, as well, through unique models and systems of thinking, described in its several possibilities, classifications and expressions.

In order to study emotions, and a universal subject as love, within this topic, we will need to enter the world of language, in particular metalanguage and symbolic language.

The Matrix-Q Symbolic Language (PSL Primordial Symbolic Language) holds at least 9+ levels of meaning in one single statement. In the following 2 sets of archetypes will be described with it and their use will be described in the following.

The 9 Cyphers & the 3 Spheres of Love

LOVE EARTH-3, earth becomes a love necessary for survival, just ask yourself a simple direct question, what would you do not do for helping your beloved ones to survive, to be alive ? have you ever faced a life threatening situation ? or the challenge of survival in the field of your beloved ones ?

Beloved ones means here any type of relationship which involves emotions and in general, if you now or at the end of this presentation, perceive those relationships as love based.

How many times parents that are not at home and focus on making a living, generating and earning the necessary wealth are judged as lacking love-ability ? Without those efforts, survival would not be possible.  (REF: Wealth generation and the earth element, peace and leadership).

Notice all needs that must be covered for a family, network, community, organization that are suggested by the cypher 3. How much effort and dedication it means ? Love expressed through the earth element, generates the means necessary for health, nurturing substances, shelter, family, community, nation, the foundation for wealth generation, the survival of the clan and species.

If you make a list of emotions associated to your experience, efforts, intent to achieve mastery, stability and sustainability of the wealth generation, which would be those emotions ? How those emotions you hold and express, help you achieve your goals  at the field 3? Which kind of development process do you need for this field of emotional intelligence ? What is in conflict within yourself ? How can you emotionally advance your effectiveness for wealth generation ability ?

LOVE WATER-7 : Water is the emotion field by definition. Information given to this field may shift emotions dramatically and influence the perception of the individuals and collectives. For example, the love you may have for your company, how would that change if along a season of work, the trendy information shared in the intranet of the organization is a potential threat, for example national economy predicted to lost stability, or the need to reducing the number of job positions, or the death of key employees, leaders, in a factory accident ? Life circumstances may affect our perception of the current needs and opportunities and the ability of the individual of being effective for a particular task, challenge or process.

Love expressed through emotions, in the field 7, may vary in its form: from liquid, adaptable to any external condition but always following a gravitational force, to a cold centered grounded cutting love that is necessary to face challenging survival conditions, or another form of love which is pervasive, always expanding, including, present but never pushing nor disturbing.

Love, in the water field, may take many forms, but are you able to adjust, shift the form you express or communicate your love to the circumstance ? or do you need a particular training to learn how to do it ? Are you able to shift on how you express your love or you have only a solid, liquid or vapor type of emotional modality ? What means love in this field ? but your ability to shift ?

If you ask your network on the number of emotions they do know, how many would you have in a list ? Would the list vary from culture to culture ? clan to clan ? family to family ? how many words do you know for emotions ? If 1 million individuals from all around the world would be tested on brain activity, biochemical shifts and immunology system performance, in relation to their emotions, and keywords used for them, would all as a single human species show the same type of data ? information ?

At the Matrix-Q Research Institute we believe, according to our studies, that the answer will be a radical : “NO”. But then how can we study human emotions ? and here is the key, we believe we do, we can, and better it is possible to not only study them but educate them, advance them, and develop them in the form of helpers, tools, for the advancement of human effectiveness. LOVE FIRE-8: In order to complete the triad of the under-world, which focus on survival, creativity and transformational skills, productivity is necessary. How effective is your strategy, how capable to transform a life circumstance into a situation from which you and your beloved ones can profit, in terms of love, what ever love between you may bring together and create.

For example, if a particular challenge in a city seems to make it impossible for its citizens to enjoy life, or feel comfortable walking in the city, safe, or with a feeling of community, what would the city management be able to do ? How citizens may be capable to think-tank creatively and engage together into collaboration and a transformation process of the circumstance ?

For example, there are cases in which children or youth at the city may be affected by an important challenge, that families alone can not face without community collaboration. For example: street children, drugs, children abuse, or lack of education services in town, or lack of a community centre.

Love for your own city, may give you the impulse to engage into the thinking, design, and implementation of an strategy capable to transform the circumstance into a more beneficial set of conditions. Sometimes challenges create opportunities, that if perceived correctly, become the source of a great transformation, a bridge between our vision, challenges, resources, and achievement, process and effectiveness.

The FIRST SPHERE OF LOVE, achieve stability when the first triad is stable, when the three cyphers, or the skills, activities of the three cyphers, are stable in cocreation and collaboration: earth-3, water-7 and fire-8. The first sphere of love is that one of the under-world, that signs and seals the stability for survival.

In the Tesseract theta, the advanced development of the cypher 3, becomes the roots, gives the grounded stability for the three spheres system, the axis for holistic sustainable development. Now that the earth-3 is stable, the golden heart-6 can express itself in a new form, the impulse for the second sphere of love is given by the stability generated by the first sphere of love.

LOVE HEART-6: Love is mostly perceives as a quality of the heart. We are suggesting along this presentation that love is a quality expressed in 9 forms or through 9 classes of emotions, activities, skills. But now that we are describing the love of the heart, what doe sit mean ?  At the tesseract theta, the heart takes the central space, giving balance to the whole 3D, MD geometrical system. Creating the bridge between the triad from heaven and the triad of the underworld, through culture and community, design and organic development.

The heart is so related to the trees, purpose of creating an ecosystem, capable to sustain life. A pillar, bridge between heaven and the underworld.

In that sense, the emotions expressed through the heart, will nurture the living ecosystem, and its design, organic development, sustainable development, building up community, culture and network.

From another perspective, the heart-6 creates a wing, that is balanced with the earth-3, at the Nordic Star Theta geometrical model, both of them are necessary, for the golden triangle, and create the foundation, the base for it.

The values chosen, the gifts, bliss, skills, self-dentity traits the individual practice in daily life, family and business, are those utilized as expressions of love ? How do we love, nurture the organic development process and design of our culture (family, city, nation, organization, government culture) through them ? Which kind of emotions are experienced while taking the challenge of the heart ?

When a dual heart is looking for enemies, that heart will find them. But when a non dual heart is looking for opportunities, nor enemies nor friends, will become a challenge. How the heart builds own identity and creates a foundation, perception and emotional judgement of value, is essential for the CGI (Culture generation Engine : or collective cognitive ability of the nation or group of individuals or individual guided, lead by that particular heart and its particular traits).

Leadership must be able to hold a heart capable to lead, and equalize, and harmonize the hearts of all team, community or clan members. But is it possible to share one common collective heart ? here is the instant in which love vary from CGI to CGI, definition of operational guidelines, values, that will influence perception, decision making, and set the structure through which a community will build up customs, complex values, create a culture and define the meaning, need and nature of government and defense.

LOVE WIND-4: When the operational values of a community have been set clear, the implementation will need of time, process, that will be organically expressed through how the families, new generations of all clans involved, stake holders, engage into community, network, collaboration and cocreation of a culture. A mission statement that involve the necessary conditions and stages of development of a culture will help leaders guide along a process, and focus on effectiveness at milestones or stages of it ( REF: PT-Theta The Golden Tree of Life Method ).

How is love expressed through family, and community, clan and boding ? Since the original tribes of nomads, the function of a clan has been that of safety. As well in a forest, the fact that more trees grow out of seeds, ensures the stability of the ecosystem necessary for more trees to grow; so far the necessary living conditions are present and the soil for example, is able to give life to more trees. Life in these terms self-regulate.

So as in the forest, as well in the human cultures. A variety of species of plants and animals cocreate while living together an ecosystem, a complex living system that when in balance, holds the necessary conditions for life. For each species, a clan, a cluster, holding together, means the possibility for survival, evolution, adaptation, learning, safety, defense. So humans have also learned on the importance of a clan, or a team, or a network, that is capable of resilience.

What can be stronger than blood ? In modern family companies, heritage of a clan, the roles of leadership have been passed on generation after generation. Love for the clan, takes the expression of the activities and decisions necessary for the development, resilience and stability of the living complex system created by the family business, for example.  Once a clan member have understood this particular perception of love, and is capable to express it skill-fully and with great effectiveness, becomes by natural legacy process, a clan leader or a responsible love based leader and member of a clan.

Which are the emotions involved with collective collaboration, cocreation, communication and engagement ? What can be achieved by a cluster, clan or collective, when the right emotions are present ?

LOVE-ETHER-5: As soon as there is a collective involved, culture, mission statement are necessary; operational guidelines, values, and process that leads to natural organic development, resilience and sustainable achievement. Yet, complexity asks for self-organization which may take place in part through conscious and objective choices and design, and as well in a great mean through subconscious and subjective choices.

Along 2010, while i was teaching Matrix-Q know how, at that time, under the brand of Elements Management, i used to suggest a cluster to gather in a circle, interconnected through their senses, and follow a balancing harmonious movement, made stable by the cluster self-regulated movements. As soon as the cluster managed to generate an emotionally stable balance, i may ask a question challenging their emotions and choices, bonding. In general this type of subconscious and emotion based subjective assessment was very effective, as the quality of the movement, balance of the cluster will vary, the interaction between the cluster members will very, become visible.

Emotions and perception, thoughts, have a strong power of influence in self-organization, resilience, stability and mostly on how along the collaboration process, mission statement kept as foundation for decision making, will face challenges in terms of stability and focus, as the emotional-structures are not clear enough.

Which emotions are key for a particular cluster may vary in principle on the cluster specialization, expertise. For example, a cluster that works outdoors on extreme sports, must be used to adrenaline; yet another cluster with focus on performing arts, must develop the ability of empathic co-creativity; while other cluster working on technology innovation must develop the ability of design, risk management and assessment, prediction, for example.

The human cluster self-organized suggest already a type of ideal organizational model. While, leadership may also suggest or enforce an organisational model which is ideal for the evolution, development of the cluster, which will help its members to upgrade, educate, advance their emotions, perception, self-management, collaboration and management abilities.

The choice of a design, organizational model will vary, according to leadership strategy. While human capital stage of development (REF: Human Potential ) will bring to the leader new possibilities, alternatives, for implementation of a particular organizational model or design.

For example, with team members that are capable of traits of human potential stage 3, some tasks and organizational model will be effective, while for other organizations with team members capable of level 8 traits, another organizational model, complexity, would be more friendly and advance the effectiveness of the cluster.

The wrong choice of organizational model, in relation to the human stage of development will be detriment of the capacity of effectiveness. The same as for human individuals will apply for cities, when the most important organizations of the location do not share a stage of development or organizational type ( REF: 9 Types of SDG Organizations ) then a city sustainable development plan, strategy and collaboration model, may not be effective enough or the contrary.

The SECOND SPHERE OF LOVE reaches its stability when heart-6, wind-4 and ether-5 have reached an stable capacity, ability of collaboration, stable sustainable development. It means that in terms of love, the abilities to love through the forms, fields of expression, activities suggested by the 3 classes, or systemic fields of the second sphere of love, the triad of the earth-ground, have reached a certain level of development or maturity.

The third sphere of love, focus on a more advanced civilization. The skills and qualities of love expressed through the following 3 cyphers will be necessary:

LOVE-COCREATION-2: Male and female equality, cocreation, communication. How does love express itself through he ability of cocreation ?

What does cocreation mean, within this cypher ? Male and female qualities, exist within each individual. The ability to create in one individual belongs to the ability to bring together both qualities.

For example to bring together along collaboration both left and right hemispheres will be a simple direct example. Objective and subjective, conscious and subconscious ability of one individual.

In terms of love relationships, a couple must develop the ability to sustain own relationship in time, develop it, nurture it, help it evolve. Notice that the index in Europe, for example in the Netherlands, of divorces is of about 50%, and imagine how the index grows for single parenting and all kind of social issues related ?

In comparison with families 100 years ago, how the stability of community, family, clan, culture has changed? Did the emotional ability of co-creation along a sustainable bonding relationship evolved along 100 years ? or how capable is nowadays our culture to give a frame of stability to families, couples, love relationships and individuals ?

Family is essential for clan, community and culture. How does love express itself for all necessary activities, skills, for building up a family, supporting cocreation, and love ?

IN terms of organizational development, the organization as well has female and male traits, aspects, and team members. How equality, in terms of respect for each other, brings a more stable, sustainable and balanced sustainable development process ? What do need team members to learn, or develop within themselves for the purpose of achieving effectiveness in the field of equality, cocreation, and male-female skills advancement ?

Which emotions and traits belong to a male quality and which to female, can both men and women, explore and express themselves in both of them according to case, and between each other cocreate accordingly ?

LOVE MATRIX-Q-1: When love, its self-expression, is perceived in its natural complexity of forms, traits, skills, circumstances,… its multidimensional nature, its matrix becomes visible. But just to have the information on the matrix and know about it, does not make it possible for an individual to love simultaneously in all forms, fields of the matrix skill-fully. Just consider the 9 cyphers, and a particular circumstance loving individual, clan or team must face.

Matrix-Q is a type of intelligence that when present, means individuals or clusters are able to solve challenges by approaching them from several perspectives simultaneously. In this case, of the Nordic Star Theta, and the Thesseract Theta, geometrical structures utilized to represent 9 fields of human traits, skills or phenomena, it would mean to develop not only the unidimensional abilities of love that belong to each cypher, but of all cyphers and apply them all simultaneously.

The understanding of Matrix-Q is possible, at this stage, only if Matrix-Q have been ever applied, utilized by the individual.

Along Matrix-Q Formal Trainings provided since 1993, i have experienced that once a student have achieved for a brief instant the Matrix-Q quality, another form of perception, emotion and decision making appears, eventually only for a brief instant; but if the training is followed with consistency, the brief moments will take place with more frequency and the length of time of this particular experience, where the Matrix-Q traits are perceived, expressed, will be longer. Matrix-Q Thinking means as described before the ability to think in terms of a matrix, or approach phenomena in terms of a matrix; in our case, while studying the phenomena of human emotions.

Once the 9 types of love become familiar, given the case of study “Love”and related emotions, feelings and sensations; we would like as well to review in how many modalities human individuals practice love ?

Love is probably a reference for an specific type of mindset which can be utilized for purpose of communication, collaboration or solving challenges. [See below, the Matrix-Q 9+ Stages of Human Development and Matrix-Q Mind-Sets / Matrix-Q Archetypes]

For the 9 stages of love described below the cyphers utilized have only an ordinal value. While the Matrix-Q Cyphers have been also correlated to the 9+ Stages of love.

As well a distribution similar to the one suggested for the Matrix-Q 9+ Stages of Human development: [90%.9%.1%] is suggested by the researcher, conclusion of his findings on love-ability or capacity, as a mind set for solution making or decision making. For which the first 4 stages of love including the stage zero, belong to the 90% of human population, the stages of love 5,6 and 7 will belong to the 9%, and the stages 8, 9 and 9+ to the 1% of the world human population. As well as for the  Matrix-Q 9+ Stages of Human development, the distribution above needs to be confirmed through DNA Studies, and the natural ability of love correlated to DNA Codes.

The description of the 9+ stages of love has been made by utilizing symbolic metaphoric language, as the data and register of love self-expression is found in the metaphors of letters, poetry and songs of love, also in agreements of love, which in modern and ancient time will be as poetic and symbolic, filled with content and multiple channels of communication in meta-language. From the most common experience of love to those advanced experienced of love.

When the researcher did the first presentation on 9+ Types of humans or archetypes and their 9+ mindsets or 9+ stages of human development, a question raised between the attendees: “the 9 stages of development describe mindset for solution making, problems solving, but do they tell anything about love ? how do they love ? “.

The researcher decided then to share the score card above, which according to his research represents stages of love humans have experienced, tried out, explored in and learned about, since ancient times, at the times of ancient cultures and civilizations, but as well along human history and today in modern times.

As for the mindset of each of these stages of development, a set of skills, capacity to utilize some tools according to the knowledge the specific mindset allows the individual to acquire (as knowledge is result of a process of acquisition condition by the mind set and skills for learning and solution making) as well a unique set of emotions and magnitude those emotions influence the individuals and communities will be associated.

Now we will add to our matrix or score card of emotions, solution design and decision making the Matrix-Q 9+ Stages of Love.

[0.] Ego based. “i love” means: i love only me, or myself, or what for me is important, “what i WANT”: as result the other must adjust him/herself to what i do and prefer for myself. Once the other has compromised, i feel satisfied, while I do not compromise myself for others.

[1.] Deal: “i love” means to compromise, but as a strategy to reach only that for me is important, “what i WANT”. as result the other must adjust him/herself to what i do and prefer for myself. Once the other has compromised as much as negotiated through my own, and i have achieved in negotiation all that i wish(both compromise) then i feel satisfied. I do compromise my self for others but as a strategy to obtain “what i WANT”.

[2.] Winer-Winer: “i love” means to love not only myself, but all that for me is important, “what i WANT”, but also what the other WANT. A deal where we both compromise and receive the maximum of benefits each of us wish, this type of deal seems to be more reasonable and productive, more balanced, more appealing for collaboration and ease as for self motivation. Satisfaction is in both sides tangibly experienced, which is sign of success. If both agree have win, but the intention of love is still based on “what i WANT”.

[3.] Collaborate-Cocreate: “i love means”, we both win, and we win more when we collaborate, when we co-create. What for me is important and for you is important, what i WANT and what you WANT is important and through collaboration and cocreation we can together achieve it. We find a middle reasonable point of agreement in the common aim to work for and the fact that collaboration would be strategically more effective than competition or opposition or compromise. Human nature and life bring us to the same path. To care for each other seems to make more sense. Co-creation is an act of celebration and enjoyment where to flow in.

[4.] We: “i love means”, i love that “what we WANT”. According to an agreement we have on priorities for our life and all that we wish to achieve for both/all of us. “We” is clearly more powerful than one or few of us. Where and how we experience love, as a couple, family, community, culture, collective is in what our co-created world wants, needs, experiences. We create, love, do, live, care. But there are still many that love, as WE is experienced as the collaboration and love between many.

[5.] One-ness : ‘I love” means i see you as another me. If i do love you, i do also care for your best interest, for your realization and benefit, it is not only about we, but about YOU as you are another me. That is what i WANT. But still my perception is filled with what I consider and prefer as ideal for you, as we both are one, what i perceive you are and i am is leading me to make decisions, choices, create life, for all of us as one. By Considering all and everyone another me, and one, my perception of you becomes you.

[6.] Inner-one-ness: “I love means” i see first within myself all possible expressions of my own core heart, or the characters and archetypes i play in life under so many diverse circumstances. All of them are my inner collective. Myself diverse and multiple. A collective i would love and bring into one. There are many dimensions where i express myself, those have been manifested created by my own core within my own heart. I am all my self expressions and i love my self in all of them. We are one. Then i care for what all this aspects of my self need, first. According to this new process created by fulfilling their need of each of my archetypes to grow and evolve (a need i know and describe as given by my own heart) i interact with my outer world with the question of love, what does it mean ï love” after i have reached the ability to love my self in all my own forms?;  by recognize the others in the outer world, as non equal for not having the same inner world but equal as for having all of us access to same core (the source of all that is, have been and will be), i let the other ones in the outer world be as they are and do what they do. I experience no conflict i have no need of compromise. If i love any one else, is by loving my own inner collective of archetypes, my whole self, and by realizing the other one’s inner collective of archetypes, loving each and all of those characters and qualities, the other one has. You and me together we are more than two, we are a collective. Will our inner archetypes also love each other ?

[7.] Power in love. “I love” means for a being with all qualities, powers and capacities of own inner archetypes being awakened (for some divine, as all of them come from the source within own heart, which is divine or the primordial source of all that is have been and will be) to act, by the knowing : “all i wish i can create and manifest”. I live my power, i live my bliss, i live my heart as creator of y own destiny. But “here i am still blinded by it, by the power of creation, by the edges and limits of my own perception and consciousness, knowledge and skills”. “I do again and again that i want as all i do is possible”, as “all i do changes the world as for my own will”,  and “the changes in the whole creation are meant to be done by me alone”. I become one with all i am, within my self and around myself. I create my life, and take responsibility of it. I create my world and develop it, unfold it according to my own will, as for reasons of self enjoyment. But i still do what i WANT.

[8.] Divine LOVE. ” I Love means ” as a divine being (divine means its orgin is in the source of all that is have been and will be within own heart) “i act in accordance and alignment with divine principle, the principles of life set by the source of all that is have been and will be within own heart”,  following the path of primordial self union (or union with the source of all that is, have been and will be within own heart). By applying divine self responsibility in every action (the path of divine action: live in harmony with nature in every single dimension of life or possible realm you reach or state of consciousness you achieve). From my original core i reach the one of my primordial original source of existence, there i dwell, where there is no past, future or present, my origin and destiny i find in every action, in every breath, which is the primordial source of all that is have been and will be within own heart itself. My world is seen by divine perception, is sensed by divine senses, is created by divine action, is itself divine as for the divine principles it is aligned within and with. While i live and create as a divine being i still align my self to the aspects of the divine i WANT. When i meet the other one to love, in my external world, the other one is seen as well as one within the source of all that is have been and will be within own heart. We live in awareness and consciousness of that divine nature (source within our hearts, of all that is, have been and will be) we both experience and live in life accordingly.

[9.] Primordial self union. “I love ” means: “I am expression of prime source itself. All i do, in my perfected imperfection and imperfected perfection is perfect and right, as well as all is right and have a place and sense for divine perception in primordial self union: union with the primordial source of all that is have been and will be within own heart. All my weaknesses are strength and strength weaknesses, all my power is love and my love power, all events in my past have been perfectly and imperfectly developed, unfolded, and that is will be and have been right; all i do in any form and any realm and dimension of my self is perfect by perception of the primordial source, the core and nature of all that is, have been and will be itself. There is nothing i am have been or will be that can escape from being source self expression itself there for all is right in all times, realms, dimensions, universes within my inner world and with-in the world i live. My love is expressed through all that is, i am all the qualities of the divine expressing itself consciously, subconsciously, seen or invisible, known or unknown. I am in primordial self union, have been, will be. There for i am love, primordial love, the original love, being its  self expression through my own heart and my own life and my own action.

[9+] I am Life, Life is Love: I love means: “I Teach love through my life, in primordial self union. Life itself teaches me in every breath, in the present, past and future, the meaning of love, by giving me opportunities to love and evolve, by challenging myself to learn new forms of self-expression, of myself as expression of the primordial source of all that is have been and will be. I am limite-less”.


As for love and emotions, the field of relationship bring us to the  study of gender, family and the archetypes and emotions associated to them. We will not add the 324 archetypes of gender and their skills here but simplify them to 36 of them. 18 representing male type of skills and 18 representing female type of skills.
